Debut
What is Debut?
Debut is a Filipino tradition that reflects coming-of-age and the importance of family values. Although a traditional debut celebrates a young adult’s coming-of-age, FCA’s Debut celebrates four general body members who have not yet had a debut, nominated by their class!
FCA’s debut follows a program similar to a typical debut ceremony.
- Debutants enter venue with escorts
- Dinner and lively music
- Cotillion dance performed by FCA’s Executive Board
- 18 Roses Dance
- 18 Candles
- Class Performances
- Open Dance and memorable photos
