“HINAHANAP KITA” follows the story of Elio, Maya, and Buboy as they embark upon a tumultuous journey through the Underworld in search of their late mother. While navigating this mystical realm, unresolved feelings surrounding their mother’s passing threaten to tear the siblings apart. As the siblings face off against mythical creatures of Filipino folklore, we see the struggle one goes through when we keep our grief to ourselves. Grief manifests differently in all of us, but we realize it is our family and loved ones that will be there to help us heal.
