my name is Eman Bautista and I am the current FCA president! i am a current senior, majoring in computer science and minoring in Asian American Studies. outside of class i like eating and cooking (big backed ahh), lifting, playing guitar/making music, and eating again. If you have any questions about cs, aast, or anything in general, you should reach out and id be glad to help! in the past, i served as co d6 rep, and one of the fcarts co directors. fca really let me create memories ill cherish forever, as well as my people – my closest and best friends (what they know about family). i really enjoy creating space for people to find community, make friends, and create long lasting memories ๐

Vice President : Adonairah Villanueva (She/Her)
Hello hello~ Just call me Airah a.k.a @staaarwoman (on IG)! Iโm a senior (T-T) civil engineering major (geotech/structural track!) w/ a minor in construction project management from Moco! I like to dance, sing, (just perform in general, really) and Iโm a big napper and foodie. I moved here from the Philippines at a young age, so I still speak Filipino pretty fluently! From being FCAโs Modern director and, more recently, PCN director, I wrap up my journey with FCA as your vice president this year! To me, FCA has been both a community that accepts you as you are and an environment that pushes you to express yourself. Iโm so excited to be part of the leadership that can make FCA what you need it to be, whenever you need it. If you need an excuse to go out, grab food, and contemplate the meaning of life or argue meaningless topics, Iโm your gal ๐ You better take me up on my offer, cuz Iโm looking forward to seeing you hehe~

HELLOOO!! I’m Stefanie (or steffie) and I’ll be one of the Treasurers for FCA this yearย ย ย ย ย ย ใฝ(โ โโ )ใ. I’m a senior double majoring in Comp Sci and Psychology. I like to sing songs in my car, take a million sunset pictures, watch disney movies, and eat Lucky Charms zzzz. FCA has fr always felt like a home to me and I hope it can welcome you just as much in the same way! heeEEey ๐ !! i’m troy, one of your co-cultural chairs for this year ! i’m a sophomore majoring in aerospace engineering and minoring in science, technology, ethics, and policy. i enjoy going too fast on my bike, cooking to varying degrees of success, building and fixing things #engineering, listening to music (opm heads wya), watching movies, and being very funny (indeed so true). i’ve been active in fca since the start of my freshman year, and i’ve made so many great memories and met lots of amazing people during my time in fca! i hope i can make everyone in fca, both new members and returners, feel as welcome as i have when i first joined this org! <3

Hello FCA! Iโm Valeska and Iโm going to be your secretary this year! Last spring, I had the wonderful opportunity to be head writer for PCN and so Iโll also be continuing as your head writer in the fall ๐ A little bit about me: Iโm a sophomore chemistry major and I love listening to 60s girl groups (The Shangri-Las are my fave), reading, journaling, and making and watching CapCut edits of my dog. FCA means a lot to me and Iโm ever so grateful for all the amazing experiences I got to have through them. I joined FCA my freshman year and ever since and because of the amazing community here, Iโve been able to meet so many people that have pushed me to try many new things, from performing, dancing, learning about my culture, acting at PCN, etc! I also love playing music with my band (shout out work in progress), making thirst traps, traveling, and thrifting! Helllllooooooo!! Iโm Daryl Escobal and Iโm one of this years DPRs alongside my glorious king Adrian! Iโve already been involved with FCA since last year as a Freshie Rep with the one and only Faith! I recently switched my major to Kinesiology for Occupational Therapy. I love to play tennis for fun or competitively, play video games, taking naps, zoning out while listening to music, making TikTokโs (follow me lol), and of course running my puppyโs Instagram account. Iโm super hyped to be involved with FCA for another year and canโt wait to meet everyone <3
Community Service Chair : Sacha Llanto (He/Him)
Hello there ! I’m Sacha, and I’m your Community Service Chair for this 2024-2025 school year. I am a junior majoring in Public Health Science with a minor in Asian American Studies. I’m an artist at heart, with some of my favorite things to draw being my favorite characters and plants. I love to read as well, especially fantasy, drama, and nonfiction! As for music, some of my favorite artists include Tyler the Creator, The Internet, Red Velvet, Raveena, and Kaytranada. I am so grateful for FCA here at UMD, and this community consists of some of the kindest and coolest people I have ever met. This is also a space where I can truly be passionate for advocacy and social justice with likeminded people. Fun fact: I was one of the co-founding directors of FCA’s educational subgroup, the Kabataan Alliance Committee! Hello! My name is Myles and Iโm one of your D6 representatives alongside Aaron for the 2024-2025 school year. I will also be serving as one of your D6 sports coordinators. I am a sophomore transitioning into Computer Science. I enjoy playing sports, working out, singing, cooking meat, eating meat, and making jokes. Sup everyone!!! My name is Dan and I am one of your sports coordinators this year with Nelldawg (Anella)! Iโm a sophomore majoring in Bio on the pre-dental track. Helloooooo! My name is Izzy Vallar and I will be your DPE for the 2023-2024 school year. I am a sophomore majoring in Neurobiology and Physiology on a pre-dental track. I love visual arts (literally anything and everything: illustration, sculpture, animation, painting etc.), anime, sports, video games, and picking up random, unrelated obsessions. Iโm a pretty loud and competitive person, so youโll probably see me the most active at FAM GBMโs and sports events. (But, honestly, I love pretty much all things FCA). This club has truly made me feel comfortable in my own skin, so I hope your experience will be just as great as mine has been! Heyyyy โผ๏ธ I’m Carlo and I’ll be your ’24-’25 Historian this year ๐ I’m a sophomore planning to earn a dual degree in computer science (yeah) and public policy (keeps me touching grass) ๐ I love photography and videography and I’m so excited to use my role to pursue and improve my passions! FCA helped me A LOT get out of my shell more as a freshman last year and this year I wanted to give back to a community that has given me so much ๐ซถ Outside of FCA/school I also love playing the guitar, breaking into kpop (NewJeans), beabadoobee (queen), and I love to go on drives (send travel recs).
