“Puso ng Barrio” is Tagalog for “Heart of the Town.” This year’s PCN is the story of a town and its people as they deal with changes that affect the heart and soul of their community. The struggle between new customs and old traditions will tear the town apart. Will they be able to come to terms with the inter and intrapersonal problems that they all face?
